Do you know why animals have bones? Come learn all about the different types of bones, how they help animals survive, how to measure them, and use real models to identify different animal species. Students will measure and compare a variety of real animal bones, and take home a skeletal project.

Science Saturday Workshop prices ($20 per student) include the workshop and museum admission for the participating student. All children must be accompanied by an adult. Adults must purchase admission upon entry ($15 per person). This is not a drop-off program, an adult must be present at all times. Science Saturday's are free for members.
