Do you know how to tell if that wiggly thing you see is an insect or not? Come and find out how we identify an insect and the important roles they play in our ecosystem. Each participant will construct a habitat for their own live ladybug. Students can choose to take their ladybugs home or release them at the end of class.

Join us behind the Science Center at the picnic tables along the Peconic River. Enrollment is required for each student that will be participating in the program. This event is weather dependent. and will be rescheduled for the Wednesday the same week if rain is called for.
