Explore the Engineering Design Process as we learn about one of the most creative minds that ever existed, Leonardo da Vinci. Did you know that da Vinci sketched designs for cars, helicopters, flying contraptions, bridges, catapults, flood gates and more? His ideas were centuries ahead of the inventions they would eventually become. This week we will learn about and build some amazing mechanisms and how we can construct our own versions. Together we will build and test catapults, parachutes, helicopters, bridges, and vehicles.
